Pre and Post Natal

I consider it a privilege to work with women during pregnancy and beyond. As a mother of two, I understand the physical and emotional demands this stage of life places on the body.

Each trimester brings unique changes, and movement and strength exercises are carefully adapted to support your body safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. The body undergoes significant hormonal and physical changes during this time, impacting both physical systems and emotional wellbeing. Having knowledgeable support can make a meaningful difference for both mother and baby.

Exercise during pregnancy is safe, does not interfere with fetal development, and does not increase the risk of premature labor. Our focus is on posture, pelvic stability, and developing awareness and strength of the pelvic floor.

Postnatal training begins after your six-week health check and focuses on restoring balance, rebuilding core strength, and supporting the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. You’ll receive a tailored home program designed to support recovery and respect the changes your body has undergone.Movement and optimum health are paramount in the pre-and postnatal stages of pregnancy journey through each trimester to help you remain healthy, fit and confident in your body.

I started Pilates with Georgia after having my twin boys. 

It took me a while to learn how to use muscles I didn't know existed but after a few months I started to get my pre-pregnancy body back. 15 years later I am still doing Pilates !! The classes are fun and varied, and are small enough for Georgia to tailor the exercises to everyone's abilities. This can make it hard work, but more effective. Thank you :-)  ”
