Coaching Sessions

My one-to-one coaching sessions are held in my studio in Olney, sessions last for an hour. 

Prior to your first session, I will ask you to complete a health declaration form, which we will go through together when we first meet. Then I will take you through a series of movements to assess your body's balance, control, strength and stamina.

From here, I will create a personalised programme for you, which we will work towards each week with your new goals and targets, including homework for you to complete.

Our one-to-one sessions will be a fusion of strength training and Pilates, depending on what I see your body needs. I appreciate that our bodies are in different places each day, so sometimes you might need a gentler session than other days, and I will always accommodate this.

My experience and knowledge allow me to help women at every stage of their lives, whether it is coaching or rehabilitation. I will be here to guide and support you through this journey, to ensure you feel strong and connected to your body at every stage of your life.
